Blackthorn is Nominated for Best PNR!
2015 has arrived!! Happy New Year!! I hope you’re looking forward to the year ahead? Hopefully bringing TWO more Blackthorn books your way before the year is out will help. 🙂
To be honest, I hadn’t planned to post this early on in the year, but 2015 has got off to a terrific start for Blackthorn. I’m thrilled that both Blood Torn AND Blood Deep have been nominated for Best Paranormal Romance Novel of 2014 in the fantastic Moonrise Book Blog Readers’ Choice Awards.
If you have time, I would love you to take a couple of minutes to vote for either book. All you need is to be logged into Google (in order for the list of nominations to show up) and follow this link.
Huge thanks to my Facebook supporters who have already started casting their votes. There’s some tough competition, so fingers crossed!
And in other news…
I was also chuffed to find out today that I’ve been named as one of Gaga Over Books’ Favourite Authors of 2014.
As well as that, Blackthorn has been listed amongst their Series Favourites. With such an incredible list of books consumed by this blogger, it’s an honour to be mentioned. Thank you, Honey – and for your lovely comments about my series.
I’ll be back in a couple of weeks but, for now, I’m going to have my head down with Blood Dark. Things are getting pretty intense here – containing Kane, Caleb AND Jask all on the same page is no mean feat… and yet so much fun… 😉
Take care. xxx

Congratulations Lindsay! Just cast my vote…but wish we didn’t have to pick just one of the Blackthorn books… 😉 Also, Blood Torn, not Blood Roses was nominated with Blood Deep (would have actually picked Blood Roses in a heartbeat…). I wish you best of luck on this! Go Team Blackthorn! <3
Thank goodness for your eagle-eyes, Suzanne – I’ve now corrected it. Thanks so much for noticing! That’s what I get for writing Caleb scenes today. 😉 Thank you HUGELY for voting too and for your good luck wishes. I really appreciate it. Team Blackthorn all the way! <3
You’re welcome! Glad to be helpful. Anything to support Team Blackthorn. 😀 Enjoy your time with writing Kane, Caleb, and Jask…all contained on one page…wow…can’t wait to read that! Have fun! <3
I will do! 😀 Thanks again, Suzanne! <3
That’s brilliant, Linds – congrats! I voted for you 🙂
Aww, thank you for doing that, Tima. 🙂 Happy New Year to you! X
And a very Happy New Year to you too, Linds. May this year be even better than the last 🙂
Thanks, Tima. For you too. Xx
Thanks for sharing, Lindsay! Happy New Year to you, and looking forward to more Blackthorn books in the near future! 🙂
My pleasure, Stephanie! I’m thrilled to be a part of it. Happy New Year to you too! And I’m so pleased to know you’re awaiting more. 🙂
Voted 🙂 Happy New Year Linds xxx
Thanks so much, Jane. <3 And a Happy New Year to you too! xxx
Dear Lindsey, I love your books and am starting to reread them. I do have some questions about Blood Roses, but will wait for last book to clarify. One caveat…I think you want to say vicious, not viscous-people rarely look viscous and spellcheck wouldn’t catch this. Sorry, I’m cursed with my own personal, version of spellcheck.
Thanks for your great work in this paranormal romance/mystery series.
Hi Susan! Thank you! I’m so thrilled you’ve enjoyed them enough to re-read them. 🙂 I’m always open to queries here or privately via email, so feel free to fire questions my way at any point should you change your mind about waiting until the last book.
As for viscous – hmmm…how did that pesky little one slip through…? No need to apologise – thanks hugely for pointing it out.
And thanks so much for reading my books. I hope you continue to enjoy the rest of the series. <3
